Entry-Level Technical Support Specialist with Russian / French / Italian OR German
- Provide hardware/ software/ network problem resolution via telephone, email, and chat;
- Coordinate and manage relationships with businesses and support them with further needed assistance;
- Use internal system to document and manage problems, work requests, and their resolution.

- Fluency Russian / French / Italian OR German (C1 level);
