Client Advisor with French and English

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide service at the highest company standards;
  • Consult clients about the products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
  • Inform clients of any upcoming promotions, regulation changes and requirements;
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
