Back Office Specialist - Sales Department

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Sales team and participating in sales activities;
  • Conducting analysis and data reports related to sales;
  • Collaborating with other departments;
  • Working with external stakeholders;
  • Supporting the team in day-to-day tasks.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Relevant University degree;
  • Previous experience in an administrative position - at least 1+ years;
  • Background with sales reports and data;
  • Fluency in English - both written and spoken;
  • Excellent Excel knowledge – VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.;
  • Team player personality with great communication skills;
  • Time management and organization skills.
