• Communicating with Italian - speaking customers, providing information regarding products and services;
• Providing navigation through various system platforms in order to address and solve customer requests;
• Maintaining relationships with business customers;
• Devеloping your knowledge of the offered products and services.

• Excellent verbal and written Italian (C1 Level);
• Very good level of English (B2 Level);
• Previous BPO experience will be an advantage;
