Main Responsibilities:
- Communicating with Italian - speaking customers, providing information regarding products and services;
- Providing navigation through various system platforms in order to address and solve customer requests;
- Maintaining relationships with business customers;
- Devеloping your knowledge of the offered products and services.

- Excellent verbal and written Italian (C1 Level);
- Very good level of English (B2 Level);
