For our recruitment team, we are looking for a bright, motivated and organized person to maximize his experience in IT recruitment at a top career consultancy agency.
 
You will be a part of a team of IT recruitment professionals, striving to achieve exceptional results and to be a part of many multinational teams by aiding them with identifying talents for their areas of growth.
 
This position REQUIRES:
  •  Knowledge and passion about IT industry and its dynamically changing trends;
  •  Ability and desire to learn quickly;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Results-oriented individual;
  • Self-directed, initiavite taker;
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently;
  • Ability to manage internal and external relationships;
  • Superb communication skills;
  • Fluency in English;
On any given day, YOU’LL BE DOING one or all of these things:
  • Provide full cycle recruiting including needs analysis with clients, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, status communication with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Manage the recruitment process through various means: internal/external job posting, databases/social media search, campus recruitment and head hunting;
  • Build close relationships with clients, gain a deep understanding on their talent strategy and anticipated future needs to better advise on hiring decision;
