For one of our clients, a multinational shipping company, we are looking for International Logistic Coordinator
who is responsible for handling customer requests related to logistics and other supply chain activities and delivery.

- Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to customers via phone, e-mail and chat;
- Assist customers in expediting orders, correcting post-sales problems and follow up the whole delivery process;
- Respond to customer queries and resolving customer complaints;
- Utilize a variety of tools to navigate customer accounts;
- Advise customers of any changes made to their orders and/or shipping requirements.
Why you should apply:
- Fluent in German and a good command of English;

- Excellent communication and typing skills;
- Ability to use a desktop computer system;
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer.
