Our partner is one of the largest international commodities traders with offices across the globe. For their local Center of Excellence, we are looking to hire an experienced and motivated professional on the role of: HR Manager 

Role overview: 

Responsibilities include management of recruitment activities, HRIS management, budget preparations, employee relations, assistance in the development of Company’s HR policies and procedures, and providing HR direction and leadership to multiple locations.

Main responsibilities:

·       Counsels and acts as a business partner with managers, supervisors, and employees on employment issues;

·       Participates in and or leads HR Center of Excellence teams and supports related project work;

·       Works closely with industrial and commercial management teams, accounting, and regional HR in preparing and updating numerous versions of the annual budget and reforecasts;

·       Investigates employee relations issues and recommends appropriate actions (discipline, terminations etc.);

·       Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organization; 

·       Implements HR programs by providing HR services, including but not limited to employment processing, training & development, and employee relations and retention;

·       Supports key business leaders within region and helps to foster strategics discussions around people;

·       Provides HR leadership for the Company’s regional Industrial Trainee & Internship Programs, attends recruitment fairs and seeks out opportunities for expanding internship and trainee programs; 

·       Serves as a site subject matter expert on the company’s HRIS system (Workday), time & record system (Kronos), and employment policies; 

·       Aids Senior HR Leadership in administration of Company’s performance management program;

·       Provides HR support during mergers/acquisitions and rightsizing efforts as directed; 

·       Recruits top talent for the assigned HR client group and manages the entire requisition process;

·       Creates, maintains, and analyzes monthly reports pertaining to headcounts, employment costs, and open positions, and provides reconciliation support for regional accounting and HR departments as necessary.

Requirements and qualifications:

·       5-8 years of progressive experience in HR;

·       Fluent English and Bulgarian;

·       Experience in supporting multiple locations in different countries is mandatory;

·       Knowledge of employment laws and regulations;

·       Relevant university degree in human resources or business management;

·       Working knowledge of Workday HRIS will be considered an advantage;

·       High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
