Main responsibilities:
  • The main focus of the role is providing general support to the internal company colleagues on payroll matters, tax issues and benefit plans;
  • Help maintain and reconcile payroll records and verify and coordinate payroll data;
  • Supports HR administrative processes - sickness leaves, paid and unpaid leaves, activities related to new-hires process;
  • Work with specialized software.

Job requirements:
  • Fluent level of French / German or Italian (level: C1);
  • Very good level of English;
  • Minimum of two years of experience in human resources administration;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
