They are looking for a Help Desk Technical Specialist with German to join their team as it is expanding.
The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
· Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults·
· Talking with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
· Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
· Support and guide end-users and business partners regarding the company services;
· Identifying hardware and software solutions;
