Main Responsibilities:

  • The main focus of the role is providing support to existing or new clients over the phone, emails and online chat;
  • Handling customers accounts, solving account problems and providing information;
  • Keep close communication with upper management and follow up with upcoming cases.

This would be the right role for you if you:

  • Excellent English verbal and written, native speaker level;
  • Previous working experience in the Forex industry;
  • Experience with Live chat, Zen-Desk, CRM, MT4, MT5, KYC, Ticket systems and other;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
