Experienced Customer Support/ Know-Your-Customer Specialist
with Romanian & English (New Role)

- Responsible for the communication with B2C/ B2B clients to provide product information and ensure client satisfaction;
- Provide general support to the clients regarding their inquiries;
- Process client documents and information, as well as maintain company's database.
