Executive Account Assistant
Main Responsibilities:
• Daily written and verbal communication with insurers and clients; • Strict adherence to the company's established processes and standards for customer service; • Administrative assistance and maintenance of client files, etc.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in Economics; • Very good command of MS Office; • Fluency in English both written and spoken (B2/C1); • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; • Clear driving license; • Experience in insurance sector will be considered an advantage.
