Entry-Level Technical Support Specialist with German or Dutch
Main responsibilities:
Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone, email, and chat;
Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware, software, or network problem resolution;
Use Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their resolution.

Fluent German or Dutch ;
Very good level of English (B2 level);
Experience in customer or technical support will be considered as an advantage;
