  • Coordinating a team of 3-8 buyers, located in Sofia and coordinating the purchasing activity for the Bulgarian team;
  • Assisting, motivating the buyers and monitoring their goals and targets;
  • Ensuring the transfer of tasks to the team members and intervention in solving the problems;
  • Developing the team's commercial skills;
  • Developing a positive work environment, ensuring individual and team coaching and animation of the team;
  • Analyzing the team results and reporting the results to the top management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leading a team;
  • Experience in interaction and collaboration with different international clients;
  • Higher education – minimum Bachelor’s degree;
  • Advanced level of English (minimum B2 level – spoken and writte);
  • Availability to do business trips in other countries : France, Romania, Poland and available for different international trainings;
  • Good management skills and flexibility;
  • Very good communication, organizational and negotiation skills;
  • Good command in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
