Your Tasks:
• Communicate via chat with existing customers in order to solve their device issues
• Give information about the product to existing customers via phone and chat
• Transfer more difficult inquiries to higher level if necessary
• Gather information about customers’ expectations and needs from the client                 . (identifying customer satisfaction)
• Show strong customer centered attitude and ensure customers satisfaction
• Be proactive to propose improvements and give feedback on the processes and procedures to Team and Operations Management.
• Inform the management of any scope changes, or new support needs arisen.

• Fluent command of both spoken and written Polish / Slovenian / Hungarian
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Good numerical and verbal reasoning skills
• Adequate hard- and software skills
• Excellent MS Office Professional skills
