As a Payments & Fraud Prevention specialist, you will be required to maintain and implement the business risk policies and work cross functionally to support processes and controls to safeguard customer accounts, maximise deposit volume, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and deliver superior customer service. 


 
Main Responsibilities:

*Monitor available tools to ensure functionality and task adequacy
*Produce reports on PSP performance
*Research and investigate solutions to payment, fraud and compliance related issues and assist in solution focused progress
*Coordinate reporting structure and monthly PSP performance reports with regards to transactions and identify areas for improvement
*Work with Operations Management to ensure training, emails, policies and procedures, and relevant departmental training documentation and handbooks are updated and accurate.
*Review and update all PSP and fraud prevention operations as needed to improve service to customers (Both internal and external)
*Assist in investigating Operational issues and implement short term and long term solutions
*Monitoring of customer activity, including assisting in the identification of fraudulent activity or abuse
*Supervise and implement procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Companies Payments and Fraud Prevention Department.
*Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the companies Fraud Prevention and Payments systems and processes
*Liaise with other internal departments to ensure cross functional support of all pertinent company initiatives
*Review and verify documents emailed and uploaded by clients for accuracy and authenticity
*Correspond directly with clients on Payments, Fraud Prevention and Compliance Issues
*Monitoring of deposits and withdrawals
*Monitoring new sign ups
*Administrative client account management including updating notes in accounts and processing chargebacks or returns
*Correspondence to and from other departments on Payments, Fraud Prevention and Compliance issues
Assistance with special Payments, Fraud Prevention and Compliance projects
*Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards during all interactions.
*Other tasks and duties related to job purpose as assigned

Knowledge & Experience:

*Knowledge of Sportsbook/Gambling industry would be an asset
*Supervisory experience considered a plus
*Training experience considered a plus
*Passion for esports, sports betting, and/or gaming is considered a plus
*Russian, Portuguese, or other bi-lingual fluency would be considered a plus
