Order Processing Specialist with German (Non-Voice Only)
Our Client offers:
- Enter and review orders and returns in accordance with company policies via email;
- Maintain information regarding order status;
- Processing of client questions/issues;
- Actively handle and escalate complex order issues/problems with management when necessary;
- Reporting to management in a timely manner.

- Fair working knowledge in MS Office (Excel);
- Previous experience (1 year) in order to collect within an international organization will be considered an advantage;
- Relevant BPO or Customer Interaction experience;
- Independent and analytical thinker with problem solving skills;
- Excellent Communication skills.
