For our client - a leading services provider specializing in complex, global service supply chain operations, we are looking for:

Level II Technical Support Consultant for Cloud Based Applications with  German

You are proficient in:
  •  Answering queries relating to specific software or system use/functionality and requests such as report generation, data updating or deletion; 
  • Managing Inaccuracies in the use/function of the software such as environment, instance or browser related issues which do not allow the product to function as designed
  •  Fixing and troubleshoouting issues, providing configuration, workarounds and resolution as needed
  •  Interacting with engineering resources as needed to resolve tickets
  • Managing some product administration tasks, ticket creation and monitoring.

And you have the below qualifications:
  •  Customer facing experience supporting Enterprise software applications;
  • Computer science background, SQL, Azure, and cloud computing;
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, provide configuration guidance, workarounds, and resolution as needed;
  •  Ability to interact with engineers as required to complete resolution; 
  • Must have 2 + years of experience;
  •  Willing to travel/visit customer sites up to 10% of time;
