For our client - a leading services provider specializing in complex, global service supply chain operations, we are looking for:
Level II Technical Support Consultant for Cloud Based Applications with German
You are proficient in:
- Answering queries relating to specific software or system use/functionality and requests such as report generation, data updating or deletion;
- Managing Inaccuracies in the use/function of the software such as environment, instance or browser related issues which do not allow the product to function as designed
- Fixing and troubleshoouting issues, providing configuration, workarounds and resolution as needed
- Interacting with engineering resources as needed to resolve tickets
- Managing some product administration tasks, ticket creation and monitoring.
And you have the below qualifications:
- Customer facing experience supporting Enterprise software applications;
- Computer science background, SQL, Azure, and cloud computing;
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, provide configuration guidance, workarounds, and resolution as needed;
- Ability to interact with engineers as required to complete resolution;
- Must have 2 + years of experience;
- Willing to travel/visit customer sites up to 10% of time;
