Intern - Accounts Payable with French/ German
  • Keeping track of payments, invoices and statements;
  • Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate;
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports;
  • Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received;
  • Maintaining historical records;
  • Continuing to improve the payment process.
