For the expansion of the team we are looking for: Customer Software Support
What you will be doing:
• Main purpose of Customer Software Support is localization, deployment, internal and external training and support for customer software tools.
• You will support two main products.
The main added value of both software is to help customers, implement SE smart solutions in their respective designs or panels;
• Test functionalities of software;
• Perform internal/external trainings based on customer software deployment plan;
• Monitor the customer software usage.
Knowledge & Experience:
• Fluent Bulgarian and English language – level C1;
• University degree of Electrical Engineering;
• Digital mindset to provide webinar, record training videos etc.;
• Good analytical thinking;
• Ability to work independent and as a part of a team;
