Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Communicate via phone, email and chat with existing customers in order to solve their technical issues about post- and pre-sales support;
  • Give specific information about personal health care products;
  • Escalate more difficult inquiries to higher level, if necessary;
  • Demonstrate a strong people oriented attitude and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied ;
  • Proactively propose improvements and feedback in processes and ways of working to Team Management

  • Excellent command of Slovak
  • Working level of English;
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction;
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for clients;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally;
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities;
  • Previous experience in Administrative or Support Role.
