Billing Support with Spanish

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Performing all the relevant new business customer checks and opening new accounts;
  • Applying pricing and fees to customers account schedules;
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting on accounts activity;
  • Responsible for updating process documentation as required;
  • Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures;
  • All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements;

Core competencies and requirements:
  • Full proficiency of written and oral Spanish required;
  • Experience in banking industry, administrative or backoffice role is preferred;
  • Experience with simple to complex query handling;
  • Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills;
  • Experience in Excel;
  • Excellent command of English.
