For one of our clients,one of the leaders on the market in its field, we're looking for a motivated professional to join their team and develop a whole new department on the position of:
Spanish speaking RTR Manager
Supports the RTR Leadership in driving efficient and effective end-to-end RTR processes;
Identifies areas of improvements and strives for continues improvement;
Assists in developing and sharing best practice processes;
Provides coaching, development and motivation to the SSC employees to enable each to maximize their individual and team performance;
Provides opportunities to team members to help them grow and develop their potential for future roles;
Ensure that the company policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)
Ensures the accurate and timely completion of general ledger journals and balance sheet reconciliations
Ensures all Record to Report period end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure timely and detailed analysis and review of the Balance Sheet is performed at month end as well support and input is provided for the P&L review according to internal deadlines

Main requirements:
Experience in SSC or Big 4;
Experience in the preparation of Financial Statements and a profound knowledge in the International Financial Reporting Standards;
Knowledge on the Spanish GAAP would be considered as very strong advantage;
Completed ACCA or CIMA, (preferably ACCA);
Experience in accounting of international companies;
Fluent level of Spanish and English;
Proven leadership skills and people oriented attitude;
Experience in SAP – an advantage.
