VIP Account Manager with German

Main responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, ensuring a premium gaming experience.
• Monitor player activity, tailor promotions, and drive loyalty through personalized engagement.
• Address player queries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Analyze VIP performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize engagement.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1 level);
• Very good command of English (B2 level);
• At least 2 years experience in sales and/or customer support;
• Very good communication skills.
