Sales Administrator with German and English
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of the necessary documentation and contacts related to the Sales department;
- Understanding clients needs and demonstrating a strong client service orientation;
- Guarantees customer satisfaction with the sales / renewals / true-up process;
- Preparing presentations for clients.

Job requirements:
- Have excellent verbal and written German and English (B2-C1 Level);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- 2+ years of experience as B2B Sales or Customer Support Agent.
