Main responsibilities:
- Provide support to consumers via various channels;
- Ensure platform content posted adheres to the standards set;
- Manage different requests and suggest information about other services provided by the company;
- Update the internal tracking system.

Job requirements:
- Very good level Czech (B2 - C1 level);
- Working level of English (B2 level);
- Experience in customer support will be considered as a plus;
- Excellent MS Office skills.
