‍Order Management Specialist with Dutch (Fashion platform)‍

‍

‍Main responsibilities:‍

• Monitoring orders and confirming accurate delivery details to the customers;
• Verify the availability of placed orders;
• Communicating with customers if they have questions regarding the products and the orders (via phone and email);
• Coordinate with other departments on order status, requests to expedite/prioritize orders, special instructions, contracts, credit issues, pricing discrepancies, & product availability.
