Non-voice Support with German and English (night shifts)

Main responsibilities:

• Help identify and resolve customers’ queries (Email/Chat) by providing accurate information;
• Assess the customers’ needs and troubleshoot any issues they might have;
• Resolve customer issues and account related problems in a timely manner;
• Assist with navigating around application menus.

Job requirements:

• Excellent level of German (C1);
