Non-voice Support with German and English (night shifts)
- Help identify and resolve customers’ queries (Email/Chat) by providing accurate information;
- Assess the customers’ needs and troubleshoot any issues they might have;
- Resolve customer issues and account related problems in a timely manner;
- Assist with navigating around application menus.
