Medical Information Representative with German and English (REMOTE)
Main responsibilities:
- Provide service based on the highest company standards;
- Consult clients about the products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
- Contribute to the process improvement;
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1) and working level of English (B2/C1);
- University Degree in Life Science (example: Pharmacology, Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology,Biochemistry. Microbiology, Immunology, etc.);
- Previous experience as a Customer Support would be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
