Level 1 Technical Support Specialist with German, Dutch, Polish, French or Italian

‍

Main responsibilities:

• Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone, email, and chat;
• Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware, software, or network problem resolution;
• Administer and provide User Access and Exit controls;
• Use Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their resolution.

This would be the right role for you if you:

• Fluent German/ Dutch/ Polish, French or Italian ;
• Very good level of English (B2 level);
• Experience in customer or technical support will be considered as an advantage;
