Entry-Level Technical Support Specialist with French
- Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone and email;
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware, software, or network problem resolution;
- Use Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their resolution.

This would be the right role for you if you:
- Fluent in French (C1) and working level of English (B1/2);
