Customer Support Agent with Spanish and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients regarding orders and products availability;
- Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them even further to the responsible departments if needed;
- Establishing long-term business relationships;
- Being the first point of contact for the client with account related questions.

Job requirements:
- Excellent level of Spanish (C1 Level);
