Clients Request Coordinator with Danish and English

Your responsibilities:

• Fulfill customer service requests via email, chat or phone regarding the company products;
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service with dealers and consumers;
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution.
