Application Support Specialist with German / French / Dutch and English

Main responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone, chat and occasionally by email;
• Inform clients of any upcoming promotions, regulation changes and requirements;
• Being involved in projects and tasks and gaining in-depth knowledge of the business.

• Fluency in German / French / Dutch (C1);
