- Intensive communication with English/ French/ Italian speaking clients all over the world via telephone and/or e-mail
- Provide excellent support and customer care services to all end users
- React to customers’ requests promptly and in a professional manner
- Scheduling tele-meetings with our customers
- Fluent in English/ French or Italian – both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Being able to work under pressure and multitask
- Working hours from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 8 pm (8 hours shifts), no night shifts
