Main responsibilities:
  • Intensive communication with English/ French/ Italian speaking clients all over the world via telephone and/or e-mail
  • Provide excellent support and customer care services to all end users
  • React to customers’ requests promptly and in a professional manner
  • Scheduling tele-meetings with our customers

  • Fluent in English/ French or Italian – both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to reach the targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Being able to work under pressure and multitask
  • Working hours from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 8 pm (8 hours shifts), no night shifts
