For one of our clients, who is one of the leaders in the US Auto Transport industry, we are looking for a Customer Support Advisor with very good command of English and with a passion for transport logistics.

Main responsibilities:
  • Intensive communication with customers and car carriers via telephone and/or e-mail
  • Negotiate the best rates for the company
  • Provide excellent support and customer care services to all end users
  • React on customers’ requests promptly and in a professional manner

  • Fluent in English – written and spoken
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Being able to work under pressure and multitask
  • Able to work evening shifts, weekends and holidays as required
