Customer Experience QA Analyst with Spanish

Main responsibilities:
  • Monitoring, analyzing, reporting, and setting up standards via quality-related initiatives;
  • Collaborating with CS Team Leads to improve satisfaction quotients;
  • Analyzing QA scores and application reviews;
  • Adress clients' feedback, prepare reports and participate in audits.

Job requirements:
  • High proficiency in English and Spanish (C1);
  • Quality Assurance experience in support center;
  • Previous fin-tech experience is a strong advantage;
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom, Miuros is a plus;
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
