Main Responsibilities:
  • To offer high quality support via emails, telephone,on-line chat and social media;
  • Handling customers accounts;
  • Support and assistance during communication with clients and provision to-date and complete information about the products;
  • Solving account problems and providing information;

Job requirements:
  • Excellent level of Polish - verbal and written (C1-C2);
  • Native speakers (Polish citizents) will be considered with a priority;
  • Previous working experience as a customer support representative is considered an advantage;
  • Great communication and computer skills ;
  • Knowledge of the activities of financial institutions (banks, non-bank credit institutions, leasing and factoring companies) is an advantage.
