Claims Assistant
Main Responsibilities:
• Checking insurance claims; • Returning feedback to the insured persons regarding company policies; • Recording the documents in the broker's software; • Filing the insurance claim with the insurer; • Tracking claims status and the accuracy of the opinion given by the insurer.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in Economics; • Very good command of MS Office; • Fluency in English both written and spoken (B2/C1); • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; • Clear driving license; • Experience in insurance sector will be considered an advantage.
