Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies in Sofia, Bulgaria. Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:
Chat and Email Support Specialist with English – 3/6 months contract (FULLY REMOTE)
Main responsibilities:
  • Provide general support to the clients via chat and email regarding the customer inquiries;
  • Resolve and investigate various cases and escalate them to the responsible departments;
  • Maintain company`s database.

 Job requirements:
  • Proficient level of English (C1/C2 Level);
  • Previous experience in a Customer/ Technical Support position is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills;
