Chat and Email Specialist with English (NEW COMPANY)

Мain responsibilities:
  • Provide general support to the clients via chat, email and phone regarding set up of accounts, payments, updates, and password resets;
  • Resolve and investigate various cases;
  • Maintain the company`s database.

Job requirements:
  • Advanced level of verbal and written English (C1 Level);
