Chat and E-mail Support with Spanish (Fully Remote)

Main responsibilities:
  • Direct communication with customers via live chat and occasionally by email, regarding their inquiries;
  • Informing customers of any promotions, regulation changes, and requirements;
  • Providing fast, accurate, thorough responses, while remaining positive.

Job requirements:
  • Excellent levels of Spanish (C1) and English;
  • Previous experience in a Customer Support position is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as ability to multitask.
