Our partner is one of the top leading global technology companies. They strive to be ahead of time building innovation labs, R&D and delivery centers worldwide. Currently, they are joining the Bulgarian market where they will open a new center. They are looking for a BPO Talent acquisition expert to join them and be part of the the growth of the center in Bulgaria.

Main responsibilities:
  • Work along with recruitment lead to fulfil vacancies using different sourcing channels with a keen focus on meeting timelines, minimizing costs and improve quality of hire;
  • Communicate closely with Team Leads / Managers / HR Team to ensure smooth execution;
  • Contact candidates and perform phone and F2F interviews;
  • Meet defined SLAs on Hiring turnaround time, offer to joining ratio, direct channel sourcing and other hygiene parameters;
  • Organize walk-in recruitment events;
  • Research and implement new ways of sourcing/attracting candidates and organize alternative recruitment campaigns;
  • Negotiate employment agreements and salaries with potential candidates;
  • Manage on-boarding along with local HR and making sure all hiring documentation is in place;
  • Ensure Background verification process is completed and all data prepared for audit;
  • All additional tasks as the role evolves

Desirable skills and experience will involve:
  • Proficient level of English;
  • Should possess excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • 1+ years of relevant Experience in Recruitment necessary;
  • Excellent communication skills and team player attitude;
  • An ability to work within tight deadlines;
  •  “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach;
  • Previous experience with MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook;
  • Experience in different sourcing channels;
  • Knowledge and experience with Bulgarian recruitment laws, taxation regulations, HR practices and policies
  • Open for possible business travels
