Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies. Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position: 

Bilingual Coordinator with Danish

Main responsibilities:
  • Provide general support to the clients via chat and email regarding customer inquiries;
  • Resolve and investigate various cases and escalate them to the responsible departments;
  • Maintain the company`s database.

Job requirements:
  • Excellent level of Danish (C1);
  • Proficient level of English;
  • Previous experience in a Customer/ Technical Support position is not required but is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills.
