Bilingual client adviser with German/ French/ Italian/ Polish/ Spanish/ Russian & ENG

Main responsibilities:
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat and e-mail;
  • Being the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients;
  • Deliver quality service regarding the company standards;
  • Innovative and creative ways for work process improvement.

The skills:
  • Fluency in the following languages: German/ French/ Italian/ Polish/ Spanish/ Russian with excellent level of English;
  • Experience in outsourcing company or freshers preferably;
  • Solve problem attitude with attention to details;
  • Willing to work in international environment.
