Our partner is one of the leading business transformation companies. They are looking for a Support Specialist with Italian to join their team as it is expanding.
The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Main Responsibilities:

· Provide technical assistance to clients regarding hardware/ software or network problem diagnosis;
· Support and guide end-users and business partners regarding the company services
· Route problems to internal I.M. support staff.

Job Requirements:

· Have excellent verbal and written Italian  (C1/C2 Level);
· Very good English level (B2/C1 Level);
· Technical knowledge or understanding;
· Customer Service experience will be an advantage;
