Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:

Back Office Specialist with Italian / German / Polish /French or Dutch

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure standard procedures are used to resolve consumer concerns;
  • Ensure all complaints/queries that cannot be resolved personally are routed to the appropriate internal or external parties for resolution (e.g. insurance companies);
  • Inform the end consumer of the progress of a case that cannot be immediately resolved;
  • Coordinate with other departments.

Requirements:
  • Fluent French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, or German language both written and spoken;
  • PC literacy and a good command of the English language;
