Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies in Sofia, Bulgaria. Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position: Back-office IT Support
Main responsibilities:
Provide support to the clients via chat and email regarding the customer inquiries;
Act as the primary technical contact, deliver technical troubleshooting, provide solutions for technical issues for corporate customers;
Maintain the company’s database.

Standard working hours Monday - Friday;

Job requirements:
Proficient level of English (C1 Level);
Previous experience in a Customer Support position is a must;
Excellent communication skills;
