Back-office Finance Documents Support Specialist with German (New Team)
 

Main responsibilities:
  • The main focus of the role is to handle various orders and order related inquiries;
  • Perform payment booking with invoice matching and invoice entering into software;
  • Regular follow-up (reminders, phone calls) with clients and customers to ensure effective and on-time collection of receivables;
  • Process and follow-up customer inquiries related to its scope.

Job requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role (6 months);
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, or similar is considered an advantage;
  • Fluent level of English and German (B2-C1);
  • Good communication skills and high ethical standards;
  • Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
