Our partner is one of the leading online, mobile and POS payment service providers. Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:

Back Office Administrator with Portuguese and Spanish

Main responsibilities:
  • The main focus of the role is providing weekly reconciliation of settlements and merchant balances;
  • Daily payment processing and monitoring, invoicing, producing periodic summaries and reports and handing billing related queries;
  • Working with specialized software.

Job requirements:
  • Fluent level of Portuguese and Spanish(level: B2 or C1);
  • Experience working with billing software and/or reconciliation systems would be considered as an advantage;
  • Have excellent communication skills and are a reliable individual with a positive attitude.
